About Edwina

Edwina has helped clients sell and purchase residential homes for over 15 years. She is passionate about hand holding clients through the nuances of a property transaction, and understands that a property move can be a highly emotional and challenging time for people. Having grown up on the Suffolk/Essex border, she knows the local area intricately and has a well established personal and professional network which allows her to find some of the best in class properties in the area. She now lives in North Essex with her husband and two children. 

 From the initial consultation onwards, Edwina will take time to understand what truly matters to you in a home. She will then search proactively on your behalf, sourcing suitable homes both on and off the market, performing expert due diligence on all options, assessing locations, attending viewings on your behalf initially and then accompanying viewings, negotiating on your behalf and supporting you through to exchange, completion and the weeks beyond to ensure that you are firmly settled into your new home.
